Last weekend Liverpool faced off against Manchester United in the Premier League. The game ended in a 1-1 draw. Steven Gerrard scoring for Liverpool with Hernandez equalising for Manchester United late on.
After a comment on twitter from someone (who I’m embarrassed to admit I can’t remember) that likened squad numbers to items on a Chinese take away menu, I thought it may be amusing to replace the names of players with numbered dishes from the “Food 4 U” Chinese take away in Thornton Heath, Surrey. Here are the results:
Liverpool took the lead on the 68th minute with a goal from Spicy Chicken Wings. Alex Ferguson reacted to his side going a goal down by bringing on Smoked Shredded Chicken, Bang Bang Chicken and Vegetarian Pancake Roll. It was the latter who equalised in the 81st minute.
